The 455 Varmint Thumbhole is one classy rifle. A grey-colored laminate, its stock is impressively ergonomic. The unique barrel uses the .866-inch profile of our 455 Varmint barrels, but is heavily fluted to take some weight out. While the heat-shedding ability of a fluted barrel isn’t as important in a .22 LR, it definitely makes for a good-looking rifle.

The CZ 455 Thumbhole model has a fly weight trigger mechanism. the stock is made of laminated wood. The trigger guard and the magazine base are made from a solid block of aviation duralumin and are anodized Black.  The fluted barrel has a ph muzzle thread.
