We provide a full 7 day return for refund warranty from the day of you receiving your purchase if there is a problem with the product. Please inspect the product you receive and let us know if there is any issue in this 7 day period. Any issues reported after this will not qualify for a full refund or replacement and become a warranty situation. We are not able to take returns on firearms whose classifications have changed to prohibited due to recent government policies.
Cancelled or returned orders for restricted firearms and lowers are subject to a $50 fee to cover the time used on invoicing, allocating, transferring and retransferring back to our inventory with the RCMP.
Special order items will be covered by warranty only and we are not able to fully refund if the distributor's policy is warranty only.
Special ordered items/special ordered firearms do not quality for a return.
Product must be in saleable condition and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. All ammunition and reloading component sales are final. No returns or exchanges on O2 Masks, Gas Masks, Face Masks or other health products. Firearms that have been fired or modified are no longer able to be sold as new and a 25% restocking fee will be applied. Improperly returned, improperly reassembled, or items missing parts will be addressed on a case by case basis. Refunds will be processed within one week of product receipt at our location.
