We provide a 7-Day Return starting from the day you receive your purchase if there is a problem with the product.  Please inspect the product you receive and let us know if there is any issue in this seven day period.  Any issues reported after this will not qualify for a full refund or replacement, and become a warranty situation.

Returned products must be in saleable condition with original packaging, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.  We do not issue refunds for shipping charges.  If there is a problem with the product, we will provide you a return shipping label.

Improperly returned, improperly reassembled, or items missing parts will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. 

Final Sale: Firearms that have been fired or modified, ammunition, reloading components, O2 Masks, Gas Masks, Face Masks and other health products.  These items are not eligible for a return or refund.

Cancelled or returned orders for restricted firearms and lowers are subject to a $50 fee to cover the time used on invoicing, allocating, transferring and retransferring back to our inventory with the RCMP.

Special order items will be covered by manufacturers warranty only and we are not able to fully refund if the distributor's policy is warranty only.  Special ordered items/firearms do not qualify for a return.  Cancelled special orders that are in transit from the distributor or already arrived do not qualify for cancellation.

We are not able to take returns on firearms whose classifications have changed to prohibited due to change in government policies.

Refunds will be processed within one week of product receipt at our location, but may take up to ten business days to appear on your banking statement.
