General Shipping Information

  • Order Modifications: Once an order is placed, we cannot add items to it. This ensures speed and accuracy in shipping.

Shipping Within Canada
Orders Under $300 (Before Tax)

For orders totaling less than $300, the following shipping options are available:

  • Flat Rate Shipping – $17.00 (Shipping method is selected at our discretion.)
  • Canada Post Standard – $23.99 ($17 Flat Rate + $6.99 for specified courier)
  • UPS Standard – $26.99 ($17 Flat Rate + $9.99 for specified courier)
  • Purolator – $32.99 ($17 Flat Rate + $14.99 for specified courier)

Orders Over $300 (Before Tax)

Orders over $300 qualify for Free Shipping when shipped via our flat rate option. Customers may also choose a preferred courier service for an additional fee:

  • Free Flat Rate Shipping (Shipping method is selected at our discretion.)
  • Canada Post Standard – $6.99 (Free Flat Rate + $6.99 for specified courier)
  • UPS Standard – $9.99 (Free Flat Rate + $9.99 for specified courier)
  • Purolator – $14.99 (Free Flat Rate + $14.99 for specified courier)

Oversize/Overweight Items (e.g., safes, large ammunition orders): Not eligible for free shipping. A custom shipping quote will be provided before processing.

Additional Information

  • Shipping methods and couriers may vary based on destination, package size, and service availability.
  • All previously stated conditions apply regardless of order value or shipping method selected.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service.

Shipping Methods & Timelines

  • Carriers: Canada Post, UPS, Purolator (signature required). Tracking information is sent via email.

  • Processing Time: Most in-stock orders ship within 2–3 business days.

    • Sales/events or service requests (e.g., mounting) may extend processing by 1–3 additional days.

  • Delivery Time: Estimated between 1–6 business days after shipment (excluding remote areas).

  • Backorders: Shipped upon arrival with priority processing.

  • Rush Pick Option: For an additional fee, customers may select a Rush Pick during checkout. This option moves your order to the front of the processing queue for faster fulfillment. Please note: Rush Pick affects order processing speed only and does not change the shipping method or courier transit time.

For the fastest service, please include all required info and a daytime phone number with your order. Always include your order number in correspondence.

Please Note: While we offer several courier options at checkout, selecting Flat Rate Shipping authorizes us to choose the most suitable carrier and service level for your delivery destination. Orders shipped under this option will be sent using the carrier and method we determine most appropriate based on cost, speed, reliability, and destination requirements.


Firearms, Ammunition and Magazine Purchases

By law, a valid PAL (Possession Acquisition License) is required for firearm, ammunition and magazine orders. You can enter this at checkout, and we’ll keep it on file until it expires.

  • Non-restricted firearms, Ammunition and Magazines: Require PAL and date of birth.

  • Restricted firearms: Require PAL, date of birth, gun club/range name, and city/town of birth.

  • Restricted firearms can only ship to the address registered to your PAL.

  • Orders will not ship until government transfer authorization is complete.

  • Expedited shipping for restricted firearms is available after registration is processed—please contact us to request.


Billing & Security

If your billing and shipping addresses differ and you're paying by credit card, we may request additional documentation before processing your order.


Order Issues & Cancellations

If we encounter a problem (e.g., address issue, missing info, stock issue), we will contact you by email or phone. If we don’t hear back within 7 days, your order will be cancelled and refunded. If we can’t refund to the original payment method, a store gift card will be issued instead.


Local Pick-Up Orders

We will notify you by email or phone within 2–3 business days once your order is ready for pickup.
Please do not visit the store before receiving confirmation.

At pickup:

  • Photo ID (Driver’s License or PAL) is required.

  • A valid PAL must be shown for firearm or ammunition pick-ups.


Shipping Insurance Upgrade (option available at checkout)

By purchasing shipping insurance, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding coverage, claims, and limitations:

1. Coverage Scope

  • This insurance only covers damage that occurs during transit. It does not cover:
    • Minor cosmetic imperfections (scratches, blemishes, etc.) that originate from the manufacturing process.
    • Damage occurring after delivery or due to improper handling/storage by the recipient.

2. Shipping Speed

  • Shipping insurance does not include express or expedited shipping. All orders are shipped using our standard delivery methods unless otherwise arranged and paid for separately.

3. Claim Requirements

To file a damage claim under shipping insurance:

  • You must provide clear photographs of the outer shipping box and packaging exactly as it was received, including all damage to the item.
  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Do not dispose of the packaging or damaged item until your claim is resolved. Items may need to be returned for inspection.

4. Resolution Policy

  • If your claim is approved, the damaged item will be replaced, not repaired.
  • If a replacement is unavailable, you will receive a refund for the item value only. Shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.
  • We will cover all return and replacement shipping costs associated with a valid claim.

5. No Insurance Purchased

  • If you did not purchase shipping insurance, any damage must be handled through the product’s manufacturer warranty.
    • We will assist in locating the appropriate warranty center or contact information.
    • Warranty claims are subject to the terms set by the manufacturer and are outside our control.

6. Limitations and Exclusions

  • Shipping insurance does not cover:
    • Theft or loss after confirmed delivery.
    • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
    • Delays caused by the carrier (weather, customs, strikes, etc.).
  • Insurance coverage is valid for one claim per shipment.

7. Customer Responsibility

  • It is your responsibility to inspect the package immediately upon receipt and report any issues within the required timeframe.
  • Failure to provide the requested documentation (including photos) or comply with the claims process may result in denial of the claim.
