Shipping Inquiries:

Problem Order Policy: If there is an order problem such as incorrect information, stock issue or address problems we will attempt to contact you by email and phone.  If we do not get a response within a week the order will be cancelled and refunded.  If we are not able to refund to the original payment form then we will issue a gift card.

We are not able to add new items to an order once placed in order to maintain shipping speed and accuracy.

All orders over $200 total before taxes and after discounts have free shipping (excludes remote locations).
* Ammunition, powder and large safes do not quality for free shipping. Ammunition and powder ship via UPS.

We only ship by Canada Post or UPS with signature required and provide tracking by email.

A fee of $10.00 will be charged to reprint or e-mail invoices more than 4 months old from invoice date.

Firearms and ammunition purchases by law require the appropriate firearms license. We will require your PAL information for these products. You can enter this information during checkout and we will keep it on record until it expires so it will not required for future purchases on your account. Your date of birth is required for non-restricted products. Restricted purchases also require the gun club or range name you are a member of and your city/town of birth.

We are only able to ship restricted firearms to the address registered to your PAL (Possession Acquisition License).

We ship in stock items within 2-3 business days (Sale events such as Clearance, Black Friday Sale, Boxing Day Sale, mounting or other service on orders may increase shipping time (1-3 additional days may be required to fill orders)).

Delivery can be expected between 1-6 business days (excluding remote locations) after shipment and tracking is sent promptly. Shipments are delayed on firearms requiring government transfer documentation until authorization is received. Back order items are shipped upon arrival and receive priority processing. Please help us to provide prompt service by providing any required information and specifically a daytime phone number. Please include your order number when doing so to help ensure fast order processing.

Please note restricted firearms do not ship until transfers are complete. Please contact us by email or phone if you would like to expedite your shipment. Expedited shipping can be provided for restricted firearms only after government registration has been processed.

* If your billing and shipping addresses differ and you are paying by credit card, you may be asked for additional documentation before we can process your order.

We DO NOT ship to the United States. No exceptions.


You will be notified when your order is ready for pick-up by e-mail or phone within 2-3 business days of placing your order. Please refrain from coming to the store prior to notification as your order may not be ready. We will do our best to prioritize pick-up orders as best we can given our current order volumes.

For security reasons, photo identification (Drivers License or PAL) must be shown to Bullseye staff to complete pick-up.
