- Minor cosmetic imperfections (scratches, blemishes, etc.) that originate from the manufacturing process.
- Damage occurring after delivery or due to improper handling/storage by the recipient.
2. Shipping Speed
- Shipping insurance does not include express or expedited shipping. All orders are shipped using our standard delivery methods unless otherwise arranged and paid for separately.
3. Claim Requirements
To file a damage claim under shipping insurance:
- You must provide clear photographs of the outer shipping box and packaging exactly as it was received, including all damage to the item.
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Do not dispose of the packaging or damaged item until your claim is resolved. Items may need to be returned for inspection.
4. Resolution Policy
- If your claim is approved, the damaged item will be replaced, not repaired.
- If a replacement is unavailable, you will receive a refund for the item value only. Shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.
- We will cover all return and replacement shipping costs associated with a valid claim.
5. No Insurance Purchased
- If you did not purchase shipping insurance, any damage must be handled through the product’s manufacturer warranty.
- We will assist in locating the appropriate warranty center or contact information.
- Warranty claims are subject to the terms set by the manufacturer and are outside our control.
6. Limitations and Exclusions
- Shipping insurance does not cover:
- Theft or loss after confirmed delivery.
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
- Delays caused by the carrier (weather, customs, strikes, etc.).
- Insurance coverage is valid for one claim per shipment.
7. Customer Responsibility
- It is your responsibility to inspect the package immediately upon receipt and report any issues within the required timeframe.
- Failure to provide the requested documentation (including photos) or comply with the claims process may result in denial of the claim.
